Twins’ Park Byung-ho keeps on rolling: Adds another double, RBI
By The Korea Times Los Angeles staff
Minnesota Twins’ Korean slugger Park Byung-ho just keeps on rolling. He hit a double and added an RBI for the second straight game.
Batting third and playing first, Park went 1-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in the Twins’ 8-4 victory over the Miami Marlins at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, Florida Thursday.
Park struck out on three pitches in the first, hit into a double play in the third, flied out to center in the sixth, but made up for those with one swing in his last at-bat in the eighth.
With the Twins trailing 3-1 and runner at the corners, Park double off Brad Hand to cut the deficit to 3-2. Then after a wild pitch by Hand made it a tie game, Park ended up scoring the winning run when Oswaldo Arcia cranked a two-run shot over the wall.
Park had drove in the winning run in his previous game.
Park is hitting .300 after 40 at-bats, and leads the Twins in home runs (3) and RBIs (12).

We *Minnesota Twins fans) sure hope that Park Byung-ho does well. He looks good, but as thease for ALL ball players, this is only spring training and stats don’t mean much.
He seems to have a good swing, solid skills, and we’re all hoping that he turns into a true slugger!!!
