YG Entertainment brings two comedy stars onboard
June 8, 2015
South Korean entertainment giant YG Entertainment welcomed two new faces, comedy writer Yoo Byung-jae and comedian Ahn Young-mi, into its agency this month, Yonhap reported.
Yoo, well-known as a “Saturday Night Live Korea” writer and as a rising variety programming star, starred in MBC’s “Infinite Challenge” earlier this year as a candidate to be its next member.
Ahn began her career as a KBS comedian in 2004 and was seen in G-Dragon’s “MichiGO” music video. She is currently a cast member of “SNL Korea.”
YG said Monday the two stars would help the company expand its variety wing.
