EXO to star in upcoming miniseries

K-pop superband EXO will star in a new miniseries titled “EXO Next Door” by SM Entertainment and Naver’s LINE, Yonhap reported.

According to SM Friday, the show will be available via LINE and Naver TV Cast next month for fans in South Korea, China, Japan, Thailand and Taiwan.

The members of EXO will play themselves with fake characters in the series, and actress Moon Ga-young will play the female protagonist, Ji Yeon-hee, SM said.

The series will be directed by Lee Kwon and written and produced by Oh! Boy project, which was responsible for tvN dramas “Flower Boy Ramen Shop” and “Dating Agency Cyrano.”
