L.A. Korean Festival only 15 days away

The 41st Los Angeles Korean Festival, to be held Sept. 18 to Sept. 21 at Seoul International Park, is seen advertised in banners in the center of Koreatown on Olympic Boulevard. The festival, overseen by The Korea Times, will have its famous annual parade on Sept. 20 at 3 p.m.

My friend wanted me to see her dance on Friday. I drove to Olympic and norms die and I did not find parking anywhere. I drove around block after block. A few streets were block off. Many city workers giving out parking to tickets and I saw two cars being towed away. A festival with no parking lot?
